Can't help you with this one as i'm still trying to get my own head around it myself! At least I know that it's not just me now...it's taken me the past two weeks to even contemplate putting red day things together with green days! That's all I could have last time I was at SW, i've decided just to stick to red and green days, i just can't get my head around EE!Starting weight 14 stone 13 1/2lb

Here you go - I make them quite often for Sunday morning breakfast!
1 Egg per pancake
2-3 Teaspoons sweetener (depending on own taste)
3-4 Drops of vanilla essence
First separate the white from the yolk and put into separate bowls, Whisk the egg white until fluffy and add the sweetener, In the other bowl add the vanilla essence then fold the yolk into the egg white
Heat a frying pan with frylight, add the mix and spread as you would a normal pancake after a few mins flip over (But do be careful they are much more delicate than a regular pancake) And then Hey presto scrummy syn free pancakes
You could add cinnammon, strawberries or fruits of the forest as an alternative once cooked. I always add blueberrys with a spoonful of creme fraiche (low fat of course) and drizzle a tbsp of blueberry syrup over the top for a treat!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Good morning all - this is day 4 of my 100% plan and it is getting a little weird being so good:D The big test will be the weekend, especially with company coming tonight, but I am feeling very confident!
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - egg, bacon and hashbrowns - (free, free and 3 syns)
snack - couple of yellow plums and an apple
Lunch - Leftover pasta bake with added baked beans and baby tomatoes (free)
snack - hifi bar with one of my many daily coffees (heb, hea)
Dinner - Roast lamb, butternut squash, carrots, peas and mashed potato with raspberries, strawberries and 0% Total for dessert (all free:D) Later on I had a mini skinny cow ice cream sandwich but I couldn't find a syn value for it so will count it as 5 as that is what most of their bars are, so (5 syns)
I have kept below 10 syns since Monday, I am allowed 20 so will have up to 20 on the weekend if desired, this may help me control the weekend a little better:j

youre doing really well marion with your 100% days, i really hope you dont succumb to tempation at the weekend but your 20 syns a day should help. keep it going chuck and im sure you will see a great loss at WI..DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0

I am just popping in to say hello really. I have been keeping up with the thread, but not posting, as I feel a bit strange because I am actively trying to 'not' lose weight...yet only gain very, very slowly!!
I now have only 27 days until my due date, and have managed to put on a total weight gain of 1st 7oz. I believe I have only managed to keep it in check because I have stuck to the SW principles (mostly) There have been things I haven't stuck to, like synning fresh orange juice (but am on iron tabs so need lots of vit C) and have probably eaten more biscuits, than I would have done, but I have sometimes needed quick sugar boost etc!!!
Anyway, reading this thread has helped me to keep SW in my mind, whenever I have been making meal choices, and reading all about your weight losses has been inspiring too - THANK YOU ALL:D
