Danone Shape Fat Free (Blackberry);
Skimmed Milk; Blackberry (6%), Skimmed Milk Powder, milk protein, fibre (guar gum, oligofructose) Stabilisers (modified maize starch, carrageenan) colour (concentrated elderberry juice), acidity regulators (sodium citrate, citric acid) yoghurt cultures, sweetners (aspartame, acesulfame K)
I like Activia Fat Free too.
Remember (for these two anyway) - if they don't say fat free they're not SW free!0 -
Hi,
I'm doing my 2nd EE day - and it still doesn't feel right! Not sure how I can lose weight and still be eating all this yummy red and green food. Has anyone tried it and lost weight?
I find it's much easier to fit in with feeding everyone, especially as a working mum. Always such a rush to get dinner on when we get in and it's nice to just have the same. I cook from scratch anyway so it's great!
I made Pink Pudding (I can't remember who gave the recipe - but a big thank you) at the weekend and everyone loved it. Will def be doing that again.

Hi I'm a bit confused with this whole yogurt change. I've read the info three times and can't seem to figure out whether I can still eat my very low fat natural yogurt and if so how low fat does it have to be?
Sorry for the silly question but I seem to be tying myself up in knots with this one :think:Start weight - 13st 6lbs

Hi all
After the hell that is cambridge diet i thought stuff this ! lol
Im starting slimming world im heavy 19st and have about 7 stone to lose
im mummy to a 2 yr old little girl whom i adore and one of my reasons for losing weight is i wanna be able to run after her and go swimming etc
theres not a meeting nr me till next tuesday but rather than think stuff it ill start then im starting today ie dug out one of my mums old slim world book thought this would keep me roughly on track untill next week
Ive not dont this diet before so bare with me plese would u check my menu so far and tell me if its ok im on a orig day
braekfast
1 slice wholmeal bread (hx b)
1tsp light flora (1 syn)
marmite
lunch
chicken breast large sprinkled with cajun spices
salad - lettece,onions,cucumber
1 tbsp light mayo (2.5 syns)
my a choice today is semi milk for my tea
for tea im thinking of making a beef curry with free ingredients and a jkt pot (hx b)
are u sure i can have all this food including pots on a orig day ?? and i will lose weight ?
does it slow your weight loss down choosing bread/pots on orig day ?
and how many syns should i start of with ?
should i make sure i eat all my syns everyday ? as ive got a lot to lose and if i eat them all now i can reduce as i go on?
i carnt see how i could shift 7 stone without lowering intake as i get slimmer ?
sorry for all questions much thanks

You've got it right Lisa - and I've eaten twice that amount and lost 2.5stone so far (5 to go!)
You have 5 - 15 syns per day (regardless of weight) and yes you should have at least 5 every day - they are there to stop you feeling deprived! there's nothing you can't have on SW!0 -

Thanks for that, no gelatine in the Shape. Activia are OK as well so it's just the Muller light to be avoided if your veggie!0 -
