I don't know what day you are on, but you could always make a syn free pancake (free on all days) with lemon and sweetner / fresh fruit etc..... a muller?

.. or EE / green, marions rice pud, mug shot - even a microwaved jacket spud!

    Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake
(sorry I don't really do quantities)
chop up some chicken and some bacon, and fry this with some onion (no oil required)
Whizz some canned tomatoes up in the blender
when the chicken is white, add the tomatoes, and add pepper, basil/marjoram and a pinch of mixed spice
    Simmer
cook the pasta for 10mins/packet instructions
when the sauce is looking nice and thick and tomato sauce like, stir in a couple of handfuls of spinach, then the sauce to the pasta, put in an ovenproof dish with HEA on top and bake for as long as you can wait!!
  • ...very similar

    Tuna pasta bake

'fry' off an onion, add some sweetcorn and tip in a tin of tomatoes. warm through. add dried/fresh herbs etc.
mix with tin tuna and cooked pasta
grate over HA of cheddar, and bake in the oven til golden and bubby... lovely with veg (eg broc), corn or a nice salad..

funny you should say that - I've just had left overs form last night that just happened to include Pasta and tuna :-)

OK was feelin lazy and wanted somat mega quick to make so what I did was:

    Frying pan and pan

start the pasta in the pan

in frying pan I chucked - chopped toms, baked beans, sweetcorn, garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and pepper - heated that for a while, then I chucked in the tuna and all was done in about 12-14 mins et voila - darned quick and quite tasty thanks very much
