It's flipping rubbish! I hope it is just water retention. I hope so. Don't worry about the weight gain. I know it's massively demotivating!

Tomorrow 12:15pm!
I have gone crazy on the exercise this week, taking the stairs (14flights) instead of the lift, been to the gym every day since Monday and I can't go tomorrow because I have a big blister on the bottom of my foot0 -

I understand how you feel.
I lost 1/2 a measly pound this week after being very good and gained 1 and half the week before, but i do feel slimmer, my clothes are much more loose and i look different. Its demotivating and confusing but hopefully it will balance itself out.You can stand there and agonize........

Talking about exersise, i've just got back from the hospital this evening where I saw my surgeon, he said that the pins in my leg are holding and the bone is starting to heal so I can now start weight bearing on my leg, I've not been able to do this for the last 6 weeks! I can now start to try and get around on one crutch rather than two and will be able to get back to doing my sports again in six weeks time. I'm allowed to go swimming and walking now so i can finally get some exersise done, the muscle wastage on my leg is awful! Hopefully getting some exersise might speed up my weight loss, thought I do have to take it slowly.Starting weight 14 stone 13 1/2lb
