    Quick question - does anyone know the syn value of the skinny cow small ice cream sandwiches. I don't have the box so don't have the nutritional information, can't find it on SW website as it comes up as no product found. I have eaten one so hope its not too bad!

    B:marions breakfast rice (free)
    L:grapes,activia yog ( not very hungry after big brekki) (free)
    D: lamb,roast veg, gravy & mint sauce 1 slice bread to mop up gravy yum (free, heb) counting 5 for gravy & mint :rolleyes:
    hea: milk in coffee
    syns: toffee crisp biscuit, (6.5)

    if anyone notices anything wrong please me know :D
    I got the sc clean just needed soaking ( i was in a panic "stupid I know")

    It looks ok bikerchix - are you getting your five a day?:j I had lamb tonight as well but am starting to go off it a bit, don't know why - think I find it too fatty tasting although I was careful to only have lean. Do you think this means I am starting to change my taste buds?:rotfl::rotfl:

    I am so annoyed. This week I did 4 hours of exercise, and only had 17.5 syns ALL week! I lost half a bloody pound!!!!!
    I don't understand what went wrong!
    grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
    Any ideas?

  • I dont always have my 5 a day at the end of the week, we have fruit provided at work & it is all gone by thursday, dh & ds dont eat fruit so i dont tend to buy it, just grapes to eat at work thurs/fri.
    We dont have lamb very often but i got some reduced leg steaks & trimmed all fat off before i cooked it but still had that fatty taste, i think it is just the way lamb is :confused:

    Do you usually do as the same amount of exersise as you have done this week? Sometimes if you do more exersise than usual you will store fluid, I've never had this problem but I remember that there were people at my old class that had this and the consultant mentioned it. Maybe this is the case...if it is, it will sort itself out by next week and i'm sure that you'll have a good loss then.

    This is my problem precisely.
    I HEARD, but it may not be true... that when you start exercising your muscles retain a lot of water. Atleast you lost, I weighed myself today and I've GAINED 2lbs.

    It is such a demotivator!

    I am consoling myself with the science; the chances of me gaining 2lbs of fat are very slim. if a pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories, then I would need to have eaten 7000calories + 1200 from excercising, which is 8200, an extra 1171 a day! Considering I have eaten 2 treat size flakes this week, and the rest of my syns on a bowl of weetabix every night I find that a little hard to believe!
