Hi everyone,
Am in my second week of slimmingworld-ing and after an extra easy week I thought I'd go for original this week (been missing having cheese and milk in the same day!).
I've noticed you can have potatoes or pasta as a healthy extra, but how about bulgur? Can I use that as my healthy extra b or would I have to syn it, does anyone know?

I think you have to syn it CarinArrr - there is not enough fibre for it to count as a B choice (same as rice)
Welcome to the site and this forum btw
On Easy, you can have cheese as your B choice (ie you can have milk and cheese on the same day), but obviously that would be it for the day B choice wise.... hope that makes sense

I have just been to weigh in and have lost 1/2 lb - im devastated!!!:sad:
I gained 1 & 1/2lbs last week so i was super super good this week, I synned absolutely everything and had exactly 9 syns per day.
I went out for a meal on Sunday and whilst everyone had fabulous game pies and chicken drenched in cheese and sauce followed by fudge cake and cream I had a plain chicken salad without any dressing and a diet pepsi.
I have been having mainly EE days with a couple of green days and 1 red.
I think I will have to go back to red/green days as this EE plan is obviously not working for me.
I know its a loss but i have tried sooooo hard this week and I could have a good cry.
