I have been all over the SW site like a rash but couldn't find one!
Thanks

To cook your steak:
Heat a pan up very high, and then spray with fry light (what this will do I'm not sure as it may be too hot and it'll just disapear)
Pan fry your steak for 7mins on one side, and then turn the heat right down and cook for another 3mins on the other side.
Now the important bit. Take the steak out and wrap it in tin foil and leave to rest for 10-15mins. This will finish off the cooking and make it deliciously moist.0 -
'Salad Light' is advertised in the new SW mag from the 'fry light' people. Haven't managed to find it in the supermarkets yet - I've tried Waitrose, Asda and Sainsburys. Has anyone come across it out there?0

I've just weighed myself on the Wii and it says i've put on a pound! Bloody hell. I've been really good this week and i've only had 17 syns all week.
WI tomorrow so eating lots of fruit today....
Wish me luck!

Crumbs. I have lots of catching up to do. Day off tomorrow so will have a proper read then (only 10 mins of lunchbreak left
)
A stay the same for me at weigh in last night which was fine because I have eaten lots of syns over the last two weeks (no class last week because of the snow).
I was rather annoyed though because I bought the new mag and then promptly left it at class  will have to wait another week now for it  Did buy the new cookbook "best ever recipes" so will have to make do with that for now.
I am hoping for a really good week and am keeping a food diary. I have planned each day what I am having. This includes not repeating a HEB between now and next weigh in ! :j
My GREEN menu for today includes
Breakfast
Greek 0% yogurt (free) served with chopped up nectarine (free), 28g Alpen (HEB) and 2 level dsp (desertspoon) of pumpkin seeds (other HEB) I think I measured the pumpkin seeds correctly but dont have a desertspoon measurer so tried to make do with one 15ml spoon and 1 5ml spoon!!
Lunch was a tin of beans with lots of chopped up spring onions, 42g low fat cheddar (HEA) stirred through with lots of parprika followed by a minola orange.
Tea is Jacket Chips and fried eggs possibly served with a quorn piece of some description if I can find one that is "free" in my chest freezer.
Pudding will more than likely be chopped fresh pineapple and more greek 0% yogurt.
Im going to season my chips with parprika and soy sauce rather than serving them with lots of sweet chilli sauce which I have to syn.
Im allowing myself 5 syns for today, 5 tomorrow, 20 on Friday and 40 on Saturday  . then Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, just five (per day) again.
I dont normally do this but I want to get back on track but do want to enjoy a treat on valentines day thus Im allowing myself lots of syns on that day with reduced syns the rest of the week.
It will be interesting to see how I get on!
Looking at my menu today, I dont actually really need anything to eat other than what I have listed so if I dont have a vodka or small glass of wine later, it will be a no syn day !:D0 -

Ignore the Wii. You don't know your start weight on it, and equally you can move it around to various points in your house and loose and gain simultaneously. Just wait it out till tomorrow!0 -
