Looks excellent! :TWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Keeping chocolate (or other temptations) in the boot of the car is a great idea - especially as I now need to drive the car back down the hill to the town in case the threatened bad weather really comes tonight. It's easier to walk down the icy hill in the morning, than drive. It's been down there all this week, I've walked 7 times further in the week than I usually do
Catt, I echo what the others have said ... you give so much help to everyone else surely you will let us all support you? Good luck with the weigh in.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

This is exactly how I feel! I love my HEs, most of my syns go on more of them hehe
Evening
I agree with this. I have been doing SW for 18 months so EXTRA EASY seems alien to me. Dont get me wrong :j How fab is it that I can have my jacket chips AND unmeasured gammon but for some reason I feel deprived following EE.
On the standard red/green plan, I knew that each day I could have my milk for my cups of tea, my cheese as my other A, a HEB for a Hi fi bar and either a HEB spud if it was a red day or 85g ham if it was a green day.
Of course with our syn allowance, we can syn the Hi fi bar or cheese but that seems to defeat the object and seems a waste of those syns.
Today didnt get much better for me so although the last thing I want to do is weigh in tomorrow at class, Im going to bite the bullet and jump on those scales even though Im expecting a (huge) gain and I dont want to stay to image therapy having to explain myself
I have decided that from tomorrow morning, Im going to be good so there will be no post weigh in binge tomorrow night:rotfl:just simple good honest SW food :j
I might ask for a food diary and perhaps go back to basics and follow red / green days.
Saturday is going to be a "night off" since its valentines but Im going to keep my syns low (I hope) the rest of the week.
Xmas has kind of carried on for me so its time to turn things around before i end up back where I started!0 -

:hello:Evening all, just back from WI and lost a lb so I'm happy:j
Lots of people struggling this week so dodgy hugs for everyone :grouphug:
Catt, I know you are struggling but (and this probably the last thing you want to hear so sorry) I know you say you haven't lost much lately but you haven't put on either :T
Marion, I find EE to be like that too but you've done so well and are such an inspiration to everyone (as is Catt). I'm sure you'll be over that little blip in no time.0 -
Hi all - I went with DD's school to the Natural History museum today, and what with my (hopefully) final (paying member) weigh in tomorrow night, I thought I should be an :A so rather than my (pre SW) lunchbox of pate sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bar and an apple, I took a salad
An update for my food today.. superfree and healthy B
B choices - salmon and bread
A choice - milk for tea
B muller and blueberries and strawberries
L large packed salad with lettuce, celery, toms and cue (ff dressing), 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 slices of bread. water.
D salmon and green beans, courgettes, cabbage, lemon
rum and diet coke (assuming the same as gin 2.5) and a baileys (4)
... so this is it. Valentines Target Challenge concludes tomorrow, as I weigh in on a tuesday, and it is a month since I started aiming for a 6lb loss..... I wonder how well I will do0 -
Im so sorry you are struggling Catt but you are not alone, we are all here for the same reason and many of understand how you feel, just know we are thinking of you x.
Marion, I know you will pull yourself up this week and look forward to hearing how much you have lost next weigh in.
Angie - good luck tomorrow night - I cant wait for that day to come (its very far off in the distance for me). You must be so pleased to have achieved it :T
Lo-bush, good luck for your procedure later this week, hope you get sorted and feel better soon.
My Red Plan for today is as follows:
B: Marions Chocolate Rice
S: Satsumas, bananas, sugar free cordial in water
L: Mug Shot (Sweet & Sour Noodles), Muller Light
S: More fruit and cordialTrimmed Bacon, 2 Bowyers Sausages (2 Syns), Mushroom and Onion Sarnie in 2 slices of wholemeal (HEB)
Leaving A HEB & HEA for supper - prob Weetabix with milk. Might squeeze a little kit kat in later with my left over syns.
p.s. glad to see Judderman back - thought the blokes had all abandoned us.You can stand there and agonize........
Till your agony's your heaviest load. (Emily Saliers)0 -
Daily eating plan - yesterdays!
Good morning everyone, and thanks to everyone for their positive comments!
I had my first perfect day yesterday following the SW plan in a long long time. I used the SW diary on their site and not even a coffee passed my lips without being put down. It was a shock to me to realise how badly I had been following things and thinking that I was being perfect. Next weeks weigh in should be interesting:beer::j
So yesterday I had:
Breakfast - had at class after weigh in so this meal isn't a very good one:o - 1 hi-fi bar (HEB) to kellogs cereal bars (9 syns:eek:) an apple and a banana (free) plus may as well put my milk in here for the day (HEA)
Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup with left over chopped up turkey roast stirred in to it and a muller light (free)
Dinner - Chicken breasts cooked with rice, bamboo shoots, brown lentils, sweetcorn, peas and soya beans. Flavoured with soya sauce, worcestershire sauce and chinese spices. (all free)
Later I had raspberries with 0% total and a raspberry mullerlight.
I started getting the nibble around 10 so I went to bed!:T:o
So breakfast was a bit pants really but I stayed within my syn allowance and did not have anything I did not write down - so yay me!:j:j:beer:
Love
