Have a good day everyone

Who counts down their sins in a week? Can you still lose weight if you do it that way? I think that'd suit me more than having a few every day as I don't tend to have many syns unless i'm going out for dinner or out for a drink. Would I still lose weight if I had say 30 syns 2 nights a week and 2-3 syns a day otherwise?
Thanks for any advise.

Wish I had an Iceland near me, I love it there!!
I count my syns daily, and if I go over I do tend to just write it off because if I deprive myself I will end up binging, and so try to cut back my syns, and so feel deprived, and so binge, and it's a vicious circle!0 -
I see what you mean. I guess it would feel less like i'm being restricted for me if I had more syns on special days in a week and less on others. Iceland is good but i've got to say their frozen chicken is a bit mank.. added water and protiens---bleuchhh . Fresh is ok tho. Off to asda in a bit to try and get some bargains. They don;'t seem to reduce anything any more in my asda or if they do I miss it. We used to have all our food from whoopsies.

Hello,
I have been off SW for about 6 months now and have put virtually all of my weight back on!
So I am going to re-join this week and really get back into it! :j
Could anyone PM me this weeks password then I can have a look at some new recipes before I join at the end of the week please?
Good luck everyone!
Thanks in advance!
Jen

its snowing here again, quite heavy too and doesnt look like its going to let up. Yay we can finally get out to build a snow WOMAN to keep our half melted snowman company, his nose fell off yesterday so he's looking a bit sad.
anyway, Ive been not too bad this weekend, stuck to all my meal plans, and used syns for wine. We had a big packet of Walkers sensations as well though so ill have to be extra good until Tues (WI)
Today im having EE . I think ill go back to red and green next week though. As much as I love EE i feel im not being as strict over all as I used to be on r/g days. I think because its more flexible I end up straying and having more syns than I ever did before. I was more in control with red and green iykwim? My oh is home for the long weekend also, so we will have to try really hard or we will lead each other astray.
Brekkie - 2 slices of nimble toasted and made into open sandwiches with Asda red fat egg mayo and lean bacon (free +heb)
lunch - Pasta n sauce with added mushrooms, spring onion, tuna and yellow pepper(free)
Dinner - Roast chicken SW roast pots, cauliflower and chicken bovril gravy (free)
snacks - fruit, yoghurts loads of water and milk in tea as HEA
supper - SW chips with left over chicken if I need it.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Oh my god it's snowing here too, it was so sunny this morning I went out in just jeans and a hoodie!!
Pizza Express may be moved to this week, oh god I am not looking forward to WI on Friday!! Have my gym induction tomorrow though so if I pound away at that treadmill this week hopefully will loose 1lb or so.
And I finally found the food diary place on the SW website. I have been searching and searching then I finally see that little tab!! I will be writing in my diary religiously, then I can look back and see why my weight loss epically failed this week!
Hope everyone is having a good day0
