morning all.....I have serious doubts as to whether I will lose this week, my body feels a bit.......dunno...just feels different to the last 3 weeks with the excellent losses..........ok, probably all in myhead, but I still feel this week will be a maintain!

    Food for today

b: muller layer (2 syns), various fresh fruits mixed in
l: leftover pasta bolognaise from last night
d: beef and sweet potato, courgette, tomato and onion spicy casserole.

Will use my hea on mozzarella on my lunch and heb will probably be prunes in juice with another yoghurt later

I used my normal really lean asda mince in a bolognaise last night and had some leftovers for lunch. It was really oily! I half wondered if the wrong grade mince was in the packet, it wasn't pleasant. I managed half a cereal bowl of meat/sauce/pasta last night and a cereal bowl of it for lunch and now I have a greasy taste in my mouth :(

    Afternoon all.
Marion you can also name a Rose, which would be nice in memory of your mum. I saw it on Lastminute.com but proabably elsewhere as well.
I went for my WI last night and had put on 1lb. No surprise :(
I'm sure I'm the only person that goes to a slimming club weekly and puts weight ON
My leader (after saying she had a plan for me this week), said she didn't have time to help but would next week. Just my luck the way things are going.
I don't think I can go next week, its my birthday Sunday and I'm going away Friday for the weekend. Don't know what time I'll be home Monday but will weight too much for sure so won't rush to get there.
So it's going to be another 2 wks before she can help me.
At least I'm feeling better finding you all on this support thread.

Mirry i think we've all come to the conclusion that things like couscous cake and lasagne crisps (both 'misuse's of free food) are ok as long as you don't live on them! Once in a while isn't going to hurt anyone methinks!

Not at all! I just found I ate too much 'red' or 'green' food and not enough veggies/fruit and superfree food so I'm doing this to try and lose something next week! On green I can eat solidly for hours, lol. Don't worry! :D
    thanks :D  :o

magic - you can but I'm fairly sure you'd get sick of them - and they're not a misuse of free foods as chips ar always made form potato's ;)

I can't believe that your consultant didn't have time for you, I think that is terrible, considering you are asking for help! And its not like you landed it on her last night. Ooohh Im annoyed for you now.

I have a copy of the fast forward plan if you want to try it yourself but it would be better if your consultant could go thorough it with you (Pm me if you want a copy anyway).

Just try to stick in for now, try not to let it rule your life and make sure you enjoy your birthday!

with ref to the cous cous cake.....

My friend goes to class and they always say its free , which is crazy when it tastes so nice .

I make mine using davinci syrup for the toffee flavour in the cous cous cake ,
that way the flavour is free in calories/fat , unlike the muller yogurt.

I have looked up cous cous on a green day and its free , on a red day its 5 syns per 28g .
So on a EE day , would it be free ?
