Just returned from WI - 1/2 a lb off :j
Doesn't sound much, but I'm happy enough with it. My Aunt Flow has also come visiting and she's in a particularly unsociable mood... ugh. So I thought I'd gain.
Have planned to have a treat evening tonight - not sure if I'm flexible synning or using up the syns I've left over from this week (36)... whatever
RED day:
B - bacon sandwich (HEb, 0.5 syns ketchup)
L - burger (2 syns), bread bun (HEb), relish (1 syn), cheese slice (2 syns)
D - Pizza Express pizza (15 syns plus HEa) with bacon and chorizo (10g - 1 syn) and salad
P - Either cherries, pavlova nest (2.5 syns) with light aerosol cream (1 syn) or a highlights mousse (3 syns)
Snacks - Hot chocolate (1.5 syns) and a big glass of wine (6 syns)
Total - 32.5 syns
I read that as in you had 36 syns leftover for the week after WI - so that was the list of things you were going to eat TONIGHT! LOL, thought blimey - that's a blowout all in the space of a few hours, lol.0 -

Well I never!That's just plain daft,if you ask me!:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

Yeah it is massive - if you're gonna use that amount of syns - you at least want something a bit more interesting than a jar of pasta sauce! My mum's just popped home with a box full of tunnocks snowballs - ah the temptation.......

Well done Mina (and boo hiss at Aunt Flo!):j :j :j :j
Welcome crap with money - we have something apart from SW in common I think!
RE:stupid amoiunt of syns for a bit of tomato sauce, sometimes SW is just mental! How can you be allowed unlimited additives and chemicals in FREE mugshots, pasta n sauce, etc but not be allowed to use a tomato based sauce as a free food allowance for something you are going to syn,so naturally eating less of,IYSWIM?!?I know which one I consider healthier (and any nutritionist would too)......:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

My memory isn't so good... I might have mentioned this before... but Napolina do lovely jars of chrushed tomatoes with garlic, chilli, peppers and basil in that taste like a pasta sauce but are free as there's no added salt, sugar or gunk. Morrisons sell them - much MUCH nicer than the usual passatta with added herbs or whatever.0 -
As would I Kelly! Ah, well one day it might be free :rotfl:0
