My menu for today is (Extra Easy)
B - Muller/Banana/Pear
L - Jacket/Tuna/Red Onion and Mayo (had it in a pub not sure will count 5 syns
D - Courgette stuffed with left overs for lettuce wraps (minced pork/celery/carrot/soy/worcester/water chesnuts etc) recipe from last magazine - really tasty - served with wedges. Will count 10 syns since mince is not extra lean.
HEA - milk
HEB - not sure yet - prob 2 x ryvita fruit crunch or 1 x hifi bar

I have been on the EE day , and for dinner I just had .....
large jacket potato , with the tin of sainsburys chicken stew on top and veg. And it was devine , the chicken stew tastes so nice and only 2 syns the whole tin on a EE day.Kindness costs nothing0 -

Well I was good on friday and saturday but I think I had a rather flexi day yeaterday as had a christening do in the afternoon,and a bottle of wine in the evening!
Today has been EE:
hea - half and half milk and cheese (14 g cheese + 175 ml skimmed milk)
heb - shreddies
B - none (slept off my hangover....)
L - pasta n sauce with 14g cheese (1/2 hea)
Snack - cereal (heb and 1/2 hea)
D - jp with cottage cheese,beans and mixed salad
S - clementine,apple,kiwi and a muller plus a cuppa with my last 25ml of milk!
Drinks - water and diet coke
Exercise - 1 hour walking
Total syns - zero!Might have a skinny cow later (4.5 syns):T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone0 -
superfree meals:
butternut squash soup
tofu stir fry / BNS stir fry / veg stir fry
omlettes (various)
ratatouille - chunky!
a pepper/pumpkin etc stuffed with vegi curry and baked (yum!)
... are you also wanting superfree plus HE meal ideas? (eg cauli cheese would be sf plus AA etc...)
...I shall keep thinking0
