What are the nutritional values?Look it up on the syn calculator?I didn't order any of these from AF as I couldn't find the syn value. Can you let me know, when you know?!And what do they taste like?

Thanks
Just opened the chocolate and vanilla Muller. I've licked the lid, but the smell is making me feel queasy! YUK! It was the only one I could find and I've waited all week to have it and it really doesn't appeal!
I think the choc/vanilla one is weird too - tastes like fizzy hazlenut ski yougurts,IMO!
Love the choc/orange ones though. Not fussed for the cherry layers. They are ok,but it seems to me that they just taste like regular cherry mullers but cost you 2 syns!I'd rather grate a bit of proper chocolate into a regular muller and syn it....:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

Will have to google for the nutritional info - I'm not buying if i don't know the syn values, lol.0 -
How do I know if the pasta sauce has an allowance onthe syn calculator?
I think they're 3 syns each, so not huge, would be ok for a quick lunch/dinner.
EDIT - with no free food allowance their 18 each - for 150g???? That can't be right! :eek:0 -

If the main ingredient (the first one listed) is a free food thhen you enter that as the allowance,I think. So,in this case, hopefully tomatoes should be listed first and would the free food allowance.:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

It tells me when I click on the question mark next to the free allowance question that jars of tomato pasta sauce aren't give a free food allowance! So 18 syns each!0

Hey all - have you room for another? I joined another SW thread over on the DFW board, but this one seems a bit busier - and since I'm not going to any classes - I kinda need all the support I can get!
I lost a wee bit of weight last year (about 1 stone), and am trying to get rid of the rest before I'm being bridesmaid at my bro's wedding in July!
I started SW (again!!) after the New year, and as you can see from my sig, I've lost 5lbs in the last 3 weeks. I feel a bit as though I've had a bit of a half hearted effort at it though, so really wanna get properly on plan - and see just how quickly I can shed those last lbs!!

I think most of the pasta sauces are pretty high - not that I've checked them all of course! But I remember being really shocked last year when I was actually going to classes - because i used to think that having a pasta with just a pasta sauce through it was quite healthy! - Apparently it's to do with the additives and sugar/salt that's generally in them to keep them preserved - from what i remember anyway!

It was just that 18 syns for 150g is HUGE! I know they're not great (its a long time since I've used a jar!) but that's unbelievable! :rotfl: Welcome Crap with money.com!0

Just returned from WI - 1/2 a lb off :j
Doesn't sound much, but I'm happy enough with it. My Aunt Flow has also come visiting and she's in a particularly unsociable mood... ugh. So I thought I'd gain.
Have planned to have a treat evening tonight - not sure if I'm flexible synning or using up the syns I've left over from this week (36)... whatever
RED day:
B - bacon sandwich (HEb, 0.5 syns ketchup)
L - burger (2 syns), bread bun (HEb), relish (1 syn), cheese slice (2 syns)
D - Pizza Express pizza (15 syns plus HEa) with bacon and chorizo (10g - 1 syn) and salad
P - Either cherries, pavlova nest (2.5 syns) with light aerosol cream (1 syn) or a highlights mousse (3 syns)
Snacks - Hot chocolate (1.5 syns) and a big glass of wine (6 syns)
Total - 32.5 syns :eek:0
