Has anyone had any proper success with the new plan? (are we even allowed to talk about it yet?!) I'm keen to try it but it looks almost too simple and easy if that makes sense?!

please can someone pm me the password. thank you.

Sorry but you have posted on this forum 9 times and 8 times you have asked for the password! Just out of curiosity why not ask your consultant? She should have it available on a poster at all your classes?
When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!
  • Classes are £4.50 per week. I think the first week is £9.50 as you pay to join as well.

Thats not as bad as I thought, I was on the web-site getting together a few recipe idea's and it talked about 1/2 price membership in Jan quoting the figure £4.50, I was thinking that was the 1/2 price rate! Its the joining fee thats 1/2price. Def think I'll go to the classes for the additional support.

    thanks Chaos!

ok, i was all set to go to slimming world tonight, was feeling nervous but motivated and was looking forward to making changes....then i find out my cousin has told my auntie, who also plans on turning up

i couldn't go - she is a really mean and spiteful person who has said horrendous things to me in the past and i could not spend 1 minute in a room with her, let alone an hour

so i have joined body optimise instead and will hopeflly be able to count all you guys as my support group??

    aw, how awful :O(

cant you go to a different meeting, different day maybe? you shouldnt miss out on the support at a meeting

    good luck

  • hi..i was losing weight at a fast rate sumtimes 6 pound sumtimes 3 but worked out about 2 stone and half in about ten weeks this was whilst eating a huge amount of free food...still goin on about 5 nights out alltoghether over the weeks drinking huge amounts ..and when i ate out i was eating kebabs.always used my healthy extras ...i followed it 100 percent except i over used my syns nearly everyday eating frenchfries crisps...my food shopping alone was costing about 150 a week at the least all the fruit etc i was buying...so yeah i can find it disheartening to lose 1 pound a week when i was losing about a stone every four weeks if i wasnt following the plan properly i would ofpayed every week to go to the group
  • and also i wasnt losing muscle tissue because i seemed to go more toned even thoug i was not exercising lol just mad how it workd for me lol but if it happened to you you wud understand what i mean
