Blimey Catt that is ambitious, but as ya say with all the training - have ya been walking much ?

  • Had first weigh in tonight and lost 2lb. Was hoping for it to be a little bit more because I know first loss is usually high but I know I should be chuffed I've started losing :o I've had to take painkillers this week which upset my tummy and make me bloated and my consultant said I'm not eating enough so at least I have things to work on this coming week :D

I also need to work out what to have for my lunches next week as I'm going to be doing different hours at work and I know getting lunch is going to be difficult so it will have to be something ready just to eat. My consultant suggested mug shots and I will have access to a microwave so guess pasta or rice is an option.

Um, no not yet though just got back from dancing which brought on a sweat!

Planning two medium-ish walks at the weekend (build it slowly) though got one sore foot from last weekend and need to pick up some decent power walking shoes to train with. Going to Decathlon after my archery Saturday morning!

    Thanks :D

Had jacket potato with beans twice this week and gone off them a bit :rotfl: I'm aware from past experience I may not get a proper break and in the past I've ended up with a unhealthy (but tasty!) butty from the shop by work.

Could maybe do with ideas for things I could eat cold, in case I can't get to the microwave, but is a bit more exciting than salad. Maybe cous cous or beans, I used to have that when I last did SW

not the most exciting or filling but Yoghurt (Muller light or Danone Shape) and some fruit ?

when you say more exciting than sald how about a chicken salad and pop in some fat free or low fat dressing (may have some low no of syns) ?
