    hi

Pennylane, it is working ok for me, do you need a syn value?

    fluffynit :)
  • I have done every diet under sun. Slimming world included and thinking about starting back. Was just going to do it myself and save money up in jar (very moneysaving) but like the idea of new plan, so not sure wether to just bite the bullet and join so that I can get a copy. Thought slimming world would be best plan as hubby is going to diet as well (he doesn't know that yet lol!) and he likes a proper dinner.

Does anyone know if all classes will be open between Xmas and New Year if I deciede to join and also how will it work if I work shifts as will not always be able to attend.

Welcome hamish222:beer: I think most of the classes are open this week, I am leaving for mine in a minute to get weighed:eek: Not expecting good news as I totally lost the plot this past week. I am however not back on the straight and narrow!

    My plan today is:

Breakfast - scan brans with yogurt and raspberries (heb, free, free)
Lunch - jacket potato with chilli (free and free)
Dinner - roast lamb with mashed potato, carrots and green beans (free)
Will probably have a couple of glasses of wine tonight for my syns and will use up my hea in coffee during the day. Any munchies between meals will be addressed with fruit!

    Good luck everyone

    welcome aboard miliemonster :hello:

This is a lovely friendly forum, you will get lots of support and recipes and motivation.

I believe the Extra Easy new plan is being unveiled this week, don't quote me tho.

Speaking from personal experience, I have been following SW 13 months and enjoyed it, give it another go ;)
