    pmd ya.

hi i like fast results so i likee red days.do u fink i wud be likely to eet more on the new plan.i normally have like tuna salad etc but now im tempted to have tuna potato salad etc lol which wud in all put more calories in????any help apreciated

If you've always liked red days, carry on with them, perhaps introducing the odd Green or Extra Easy to give some variety.

Don't get hung up on wanting fast results - they often lead to a fast re-gain of the weight. This is not a race, it's a 'healthy eating for life' approach.

Incidentally, for the likes of the oldies (like me) would you please not use text-speak - I'm sure I can't be the only person who finds it hard to read!

We had weigh-in today and I thought I may as well go along and I've lost half a pound!!:j :j I have eaten sensibly over Xmas and really enjoyed myself. I had just one mince pie and one small portion of Xmas pud on Xmas Day and another on Boxing Day, both with Brandy Sauce.

However, I have been for some nice long, very brisk walks and that has obviously helped too.

I am really looking forward to getting all the news on the new SW eating plan. I asked our consultant today and she will be "touching" on it next Sat (instead of WI on New Years Day) and not properly until 8th Jan!!

I'm going to dig out my latest SW mag and read what that said about Extra Easy. ;)

Before I take my halo off, can I just say that I have not eaten any Xmas Cake, no biscuits, no stollen, no cheeses (only a small amount of low fat) and no double cream. No thick, luxury yoghourts, no Coke or fizzy drinks, no fancy crackers.:j These are all things I would have eaten in excess previous years. I know I can have them if I count them but I really feel my tastes have totally altered and I truly did not want them this year.

I am just cooking a BIG piece of salmon and having that with lovely crisp salad and a jacket potato.

I cant wait for next week to get back on the SW wagon, I feel incredibly bloated after all the food and drink thats been dished out recently, thats the only downside to Xmas!

I have a plan to lose 3 stone by next July, is that realistic? I really want to look good when I go to Edinburgh with my OH for a long romantic weekend

Has anyone been to the sales today? I did but didnt really buy anything. I had set myself a budget of £50 but all I spend was a £20 note that was in my purse already.

I decided when I got home to use the £50 I budgeted towards my SW campaign in the New Year, this weekend I'll be stocking up on lots of SW friendly foods and putting some aside for my membership fee....oooh I cant wait!

My local newsagents didn't have the new mag in when I was down there yesterday. I will check back in the week...

Today I will use up the last of the turkey in a curry, unfortunately it is a pataks one, so I best go check out the syns.....

Hmm it's not listed. Should I just go with the highest synned one?? which is 4syns per Tbsp.

I've just had the first healthy bit of food in about a week - a bowl of grapes and melon - and I feel great for it!
