I've bought the magazine to read this top secret information for myself  as I'm going to re-start on 1 Jan. I have Mount Everest to climb
However, on reading it, isn't it very similar to WW Core Plan with a few tweaks?"Stay Wonky":D

Hello, I think I am going to re-join. I do like the SW Plan as it encourages me to eat healthy food, and I like the motivation of going to a class. Unfortunately my local class is on a Thursday and as it's New Year's Day I daredn't wait around to the next one on 8th Jan, so I'm going to go to one a little farther afield this Monday (29th) then have a 10-day wait until my next class and go to the local one on Thursday 8th.Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -
not really stuck to any type of plan for the past 2 days. quite a number of syns consumed but now all of the visiting inlaws etc has been done, i can get back to the plan. Got until wed evening to repair the damage so wish me luckMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

My consultant gave full details of the plan two weeks ago, and said it was being released early to existing members so we could use it through Christmas, but that once the new magazine was out it would be "public".
A big "up" for my consultant incidentally, Elise from Gorton (Manchester) group (incidentally one of the Gorton members has a recipe in the latest magazine supplement), Elise is great and thanks to her I have lost three stone seven pounds since September 6th this year.
I'm pleased that you're happy with your Consultant, but she was wrong in giving out the information 2 weeks ago as we were specifically asked by head office to keep it all secret till the week between Christmas and New Year.
In my opinion, the whole thing has been thoroughly mismanaged, with Consultants up and down the country dishing out the info as and when it suited them. This has resulted in members being kept in the dark by the C's trying to follow the rules, which is obviously annoying for them.
I did end up giving it out to my members a little early because all the info was out there anyway, but I'm sure I'm not the only Consultant who is thoroughly p'd off by the way it has turned out.
However, your weight loss is terrific, well done. You've obviously followed the plan very well and worked hard, you deserve a big pat on the backI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Evening everyone - Im feeling massive at the moment, its amazing that 2 days off plan and I feel really bloated and heavy if that makes sense. Getting back on it tomorrow, I really want my 2 1/2 stone award by the end of January so need to limit the damage!
We are getting told of the new plan on Tuesday but it does seem daft that if it was to be kept secret - they publish it in a mag freely available?!
Hope everyone enjoyed Christmas x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Hi all !! hope you all survived the christmas season
I have had a lovely couple of days here at home, but with extended family visiting (who have just left :j ). My meals have been sw friendly, but the alcohol and puds have added up a bit. My home scales indicate a 3 or 4 lb gain, and whilst I shouldn't home weigh, at least I know what I would like to achieve by Tuesday.
So, today, the plan is to be back on plan  with increased water to get it all back on trackI will declare today red, as it will limit my carbs a bit. I know I could do today as extra easy, but it would actually mean I would be allowed an extra B choice (to what is listed below), which essentially creates a maintainance plan, so instead I shall stick to red for today to give this excess weight a boot.
B - yog (free)
tea (HA) water - 500ml before lunch
L - ham (leftover roasted), egg and chips (HEB)
water - 500ml before 5pm
D - beef (leftover roasted) prob wih gravy (leftover, proper = syns), mash (HEB), lots of carrots, sprouts and cabbage.
water - another 500ml before bed. No alcohol today (gotta give my liver a break :rotfl: ) so the saved syns can go on a small slice of pannetone after dinner or something alse I find.
Tomorrow we are off to London (the dome) to see High School Musical on Ice :T :T :T (DD xmas pressie!) so I am going to have to work extra hard when I am at home to allow for meals out (even well behaved ones) when we are out and about.
:A Have a great day everyone!!!:A0 -
maintained on Tuesday which I wasnt totally pleased with but I had been to a party and felt a bit 'bunged up' all week.
havent stayed on plan really over Christmas as had family round or been visiting but have been for 3 x 4 mile walks for the last 3 days (even Xmas day) so hope not to have spoilt things.
Back on from tomorrow though with no cheating .
