Turned out I had forgot about previous threads.. they dont take electron do they! I didnt have enough cash on my prepay to pay for it so had to walk to a cash machine... my poor legs..
Oh well done now, just leaves us with a very tight month ahead. I have £40 left in the bank now (all DD came out yesterday) so that has to last a month. OH will get some during the month though so we should cope..
I need to get a couple of tyres done and also the tracking as my steering wheel has the DT's at anything over 30mph . Mind you the cheapest I can get is £102 just for the 2 tyres and without tracking.
Going to pop over to the OS board to see if they can help me knit a tyre from rubber door mats
Take care

Hi everyone,
been a bit awol.but thought would give a little update, just called my OR to tell them I had a small wage increase but they are not worried about that. Also they sent me and my husband a letter about buying back the beneficial interest in the house so I have asked to get some valuations done in a few days to give me time to sort out the house!!! not easy with two toddlers and two dogs etc!
Anyway, hope that everyone else is well.

Nice to hear from you

Hi Donna
...personally I would leave the housework & let them value as it is;););)...if you know;)what I mean. You need valuation as low as possible for BI....maybe a couple of abandoned vehicles ( with Police Aware stickers ) outside might help??:rotfl:
Take care Hun

Thanks Phil, JCB's sound good! Definitely need those for the kids bedroom, they are only little and they make such mess!
Hello YM! hope you are well!Did you get your tyres knitted up? You should have asked me you know!

Tempting but I think I would get quite embarassed! It's ok, the house will do the talking all on its own! 1960's kitchen and bathroom will do the trick as well as it does need redecorating! And I will be sure to mention that the roof needs replacing soon too. And if the kids from down the street are hanging around as usual climbing the trees outside the house it will be fine, along with next door being empty and looking abandoned and needing the garden sorted, that oughta do it!
:D
I know anyway that we are very likely to have negative equity anyway so it will only be £1 plus £211 costs. :T

Hi Don, Hi everyone,
How good it is to see all the familiar faces posting! I am a "lurker" these days, there are some really helpful people giving great advice to newbies and I just keep dipping in and out to keep up.
A bit fed up with one or two "centre stage" people, and don't want to get drawn into any of it, so staying on the outside is probably better!
I hope everyone is enjoying our spell of proper summer weather and let's hope it lasts.....
Lots of hugs
