I am off work just now and signed off til Monday by the Doctor - unless after Friday he signs me off again! But i have just had an email from my boss at work asking me to call him and I really don't want to! I think this is just down to the way I am feeling but I just get so uptight about dealing with work related matters at the moment.
It has his mobile on it but I am not going to call tonight, will wait until tomorrow I suppose.
Anyway, hope all the other jan people are ok?
I have sent off the letter saying that we are interested in the BI - but I have avoided getting an estate agent to value so far - am just a bit embarassed about having them poking around every room and making judgements etc. And I don't feel comfortable having them here to value the property with a view to selling, when we are not really selling, we just need the valuation!BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
hello hello
I am posting crazy at the mo LOL had withdrawal symptoms as pc was knackered for a while! Sounds like you are all keeping well about from crappy jobs ;o)
I have had a funny couple of months - left the handbrake off my car and it rolled into a wall so nice big scrape on the side of it so officially my car is probably worth about 2p now hahahaha. Then it conked out and had to be towed (by my dad thank goodness) to a garage, luckly it was a split valve which made it lose all the water so not a big job.
Was then ill for about 2 weeks with fluey tonsilitus which was miserable espsially since pc wasnt working!
also have decided to start up my own business once discharged so going to spend my time now preparing - it is gonna be great to have the time to prepare instead of rushing against time all the time :O)
Loved the sun - but where has it gone? surely that is not our summer over and done with again !!

Hello all
Have not been on here for a long time and cant believe that I am now 7 months into the BR.
I got a letter today from the OR saying that my case has now been transferred to the RTLU, does anyone know what I can expect from here on in or if there is anything that I need to be aware of whilst at this stage.
Thanks0 -

Hiya Delcon you would need to contact the OR & speak to them they'll tell you then if you need to contact MB (what a stuuuuuuuuupid name!) although 2.8% lest hope they dont botherWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Thank you for your help, the reason i was not to sure who to tell was because i received a letter from OR telling me that the RTUL would be dealing with me as he had finished his bit of my bankrupcey, i did not want to annoy OR if they did not want me too.

in that case then if you have contact details of the RTLU office dealing with you give them a shout instead....I know I shouldnt presume but didnt ask if you had details
oops!
one thing to remember though.....you can still contact your OR at anytime in the future after discharge if you needed to...I ended up ringing mine on a couple of occasions & i've been discharged over 2yrs...they dont tend to hold records at offices for very long though so sometimes they may refer you elsewhere if needsWe all die. Hi just wanted this board to be the first to know that i am Discharged, never even realised it was on the cards. Just recieved a letter from The Insolvency Services with a copy of Form 6.82 - Notice Under Section 279(2), stateing as of 14th August I am discharged.
Feel very exited just wish i had engouh money to buy a bottle of wine to celebrate.
Thank you for all your help, i never realised that i could feel so low and keep going. I was so upset in January when i went to court that at 40 i had nothing except worry, well i still worry about each month but i know i can manage that i have an end in sight and that will be when my IPA finishes. I will have paid back what i can, i am looking forward and just want to shout how happy i am.
xxxxx Thank you xxxxx I have my life backDelcon68
