Well I have done a bit of what I wanted to. I got OH to send off my stuff in the post on his way to the station as he is off to Southampton for the night.

I have done some of the washing and have sorted through my stuff in the bedroom. When OH is back tomorrow we are going to do a big clean of the bedroom and also sort through all his things and throw stuff out or sell it. We really need to downsize our things if we are planning on hopefuly moving.
  • aww sorry to hear your that your car has gone. But here's to you finding a great new one

Sounds like you're going to have a productive few days off work. I really need to get organised too!

I just feel like things are all a bit haywire at the moment, so nice to have some time to catch up.

Haven't done too much today really but will do more tomorrow when OH is back. I have been on the wii fit and will do my exersize dvd tomorrow so am trying to start getting a bit fitter again.

Well I had a nice lie in this morning, which I must have needed as I am usually up earlier.

I am not sure when OH is back yet today but will get on with some cleaning etc when he is back.

This morning I am going to move a couple of dooyoo reviews over to Ciao which I got reminded about on Dinahs thread. Then I am planning on doing my workout dvd.

    Payday tomorrow at last!

Well I have got a fair amount of the list done today. We managed to sort out OHs stuff and ended up with about 7 bin bags full of rubbish. Also we have got a few bits which we are going to ebay.

We have found an area that we are going to go and have a look at some flats tomorrow hopefully. We are going to go to a few estate agents anwyay and have a look around.

Well we had a look round a couple of flats today. We thought the area was alright so was worth looking around. We really liked one of the flats, it was 2 bed with a nice little garden as well as it was ground floor. I have sent the details to my Dad as I need his input as we are hoping to borrow the deposit from him. Hopefully he will think it looks good.
  • Glad you have found a nice flat. It's nice that it's got a little garden for bbq's etc! Hope your dad agrees with you. Sounds like you are having a productive fews days wendz!

Well my Dad seems to think it is OK and isn't too fussed about viewing it as long as we are happy with it. He has asked me to look into drawing up a legal contract as to how we would pay him back, and what would happen if we broke up etc which we are looking into now.

We will look at the other flat tomorrow and maybe take a second look at the one we really like if possible. Is all very exciting, but scary as well!

Well I have had a bit of a change of heart on the whole flat thing. Was doing some research into a legal contract about paying my Dad back and looks like that could affect how much mortgage we would get because of the interest we are paying. Also the area we are looking in I had a bit of an unsure feeling about and I did some googling and it made the feeling a bit worse.

We have decided we are going to try and save up a bit ourselves for a couple of years. OH finishes his probationary period then so could get the opportunity to move which would broaden our search area as well. Is a bit diaapointing but I think is for the best.
