Yeah I have got an excess as they wouldn't let me not because of my age. I think it is something like £500 as well. My Dad said I should write a letter to the insurance company with all the information again to show I am serious. I am not going to give in if they try and settle it 50/50 as I know I was in the right. The whole thing gets me really annoyed, as I didn't asked to be crashed into grr.

Apart from that whole thing I have had a really nice weekend. We went bowling yesterday and for a meal for my friends birthday. I got a good deal out of it as I paid for the bowling and OH paid for the meal and guess which one was more expensive hehe.

I have checked the finances this morning and after OH's present (still no idea what to get him) I have £100 to last me 2 and a half weeks including food shopping. Will just have to be really good, has been working so far.
  • sounds like you're having a right drama with the insurance company, so annoying  but try not to let it get to you too much, these things are sent to try us.

Goodluck with sticking to the £100 budget for the next couple of weeks. Sure that with a little planning you'll do absolutely fine!

Well I haven't been on for a few days. I have managed to get myself a cold so am feeling really rubbish. I haven't done any revision last two nights either as have been feeling ill, am hoping it will pass soon.

I have been trying to find some flats to view, seems all the ones we liked either have gone or they have got squatters in so I am thinking we might have to start looking elsewhere.

I got ten pounds Amazon today from Toluna so have started the TV fund. Not much other news on the making money front.

Have been quite good with my money , two weeks till payday now. I haven't updated my budgets but will have a look later.
  • Hi wendz, I'm not very well either - not getting much done myself :( That's rubbish about the flats but I think these things happen for a reason, there's another better flat waiting for you! Hope you feel better soon!
