One of the posters above lives in Cheshire and got the payment, maybe you could drop her a PM to see if she is nearby? There does not seem to be a list of areas that have qualified this year, or if there is, none of us can find it!

If you have a child under 5 and get Income Support then you will get the cold weather payment, as you have a child who is 11 then you won't get it.

Yeah there used to be a list where you could check, it was very handy but it hasn't been updated since 2003:rolleyes:
