Do you think any that were being paid for cold spell at end of November beginning of December have all been paid now?

During that time it was bitterly cold here, streets were like skating rinks for several days but I've not had a payment. I suspect the weather station for here wasn't as cold as my area :(

    Hi there

Not had the chance to read through all posts sorry.

But my hubby lost his job at the beginning of Dec, not helped by the credit crunch, I do not work as I am a full time carer for my 13 year old son with autism, I get paid carers and have been for a year and receive disability living allowance for my son HRC & LRM, my hubby has been obviously signed for income based JSA.

Are we eligible for cold weather payment?
Even if hubby did not lose his job earlier this month due to myself being a carer for my son who has DLA?
We live in South Wales and I note that some posters above state they have received the payment, so just need to be sure we are eligible.
    Cheers so much folks.;)

If your area qualifies then yes, you will get the payment.
