Excellent, thanks again for your help. I'm looking forward to getting started with this now. I am slightly worried I must admit but I've had my head in the sand for too long!0

dlb, payplan question.
did you get the cover my payment, cover my life things on yours? I did coz she originally told me it was only £5 but the other one is more than that! Just wondered what you thought about it! I don't think i'll take it off just to be on the safe side! but 42 quid is quite a lot really!
keep checking to see if they've got my money yet but not yet! (paid them 26th, so hopefully tomorrow!)DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 261Debt at start of DMP (Jan 2009) = 46,147.86 Now = 36,826.98DFD = [STRIKE]Jan 2014[/STRIKE] May 2013 ([strike]60[/strike] [STRIKE]52[/STRIKE] 41 payments to go)NSD:Nov 12/12:jDec 9/10 Jan 5/10Slowly but surely:coffee:0 -
I don't have that, they have it on every email I get from them but I ignore it0

I was originally going to say no when i thought it came out of my money before payplan payment but when she said £5 and it came out after i went for it! not sure it's worth it or not tho!DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 261Debt at start of DMP (Jan 2009) = 46,147.86 Now = 36,826.98DFD = [STRIKE]Jan 2014[/STRIKE] May 2013 ([strike]60[/strike] [STRIKE]52[/STRIKE] 41 payments to go)NSD:Nov 12/12:jDec 9/10 Jan 5/10Slowly but surely:coffee:0

Well in the post today we received a notice of termination of account from RBS but their happy to accept the payments. Letter was quite nasty in tone but I'm getting a thick skin dealing with creditors. Said I was an irresponsible customer.
Other letter was from Blair, Oliver & Scott in-house DCA for Bank of Scotland. Informing us that we have 14 days to pay the full balance (9k- I don't think so) or call them to arrange possible payment options. If I don't contact them they are threaten door to door collectors/ court etc. Then in huge letters their helpline number. I'm not going to phone them, I think I send them a copy of my CCCS I&E form and let them know that they'll receive a payment from the CCCS roundabout the 25th of March.
Is this the right thing to do or should I call them instead???
 Just recieved a text from Blair Oliver saying I need to contact them urgently. Do I phone them or should I write to them?LBM: 20/01/09 Total Debt: £104,050Curr Bal (25/08/12): £46,109 (55.6% Paid):jDMP Start Date: 01/03/090
