cccs requires a payslip to make sure you arent underestimating your income i think.

you can always overestimate in other areas though

    dlb, payplan question.

did you get the cover my payment, cover my life things on yours? I did coz she originally told me it was only £5 but the other one is more than that! Just wondered what you thought about it! I don't think i'll take it off just to be on the safe side! but 42 quid is quite a lot really!

keep checking to see if they've got my money yet but not yet! (paid them 26th, so hopefully tomorrow!)

  • Good evening everyone.

Well in the post today we received a notice of termination of account from RBS but their happy to accept the payments. Letter was quite nasty in tone but I'm getting a thick skin dealing with creditors. Said I was an irresponsible customer.

Other letter was from Blair, Oliver & Scott in-house DCA for Bank of Scotland. Informing us that we have 14 days to pay the full balance (9k- I don't think so) or call them to arrange possible payment options. If I don't contact them they are threaten door to door collectors/ court etc. Then in huge letters their helpline number. I'm not going to phone them, I think I send them a copy of my CCCS I&E form and let them know that they'll receive a payment from the CCCS roundabout the 25th of March.

Is this the right thing to do or should I call them instead???

 Just recieved a text from Blair Oliver saying I need to contact them urgently. Do I phone them or should I write to them?
