Msc natwest are my biggest too.loan, o/d and cc, had no probs with cc, and loan and o/d was defaulted and they added all interest from loan on (what i would have paid over original loan period) and have been fine ever since.
Never took me to court just took a few months of dmp payments before they came onside.
    Dont worry

Hi had a nice letter in regards to my NR loan they said Thank you for the token payment and when they are contacted from Payplan they will put wheels in action to start the DMP,gave me my balance but then came the,you are in arrears of such amount you MUST pay this as an additional payment to the token payment until the DMP is up and running. Is this so?

daffy-Was it you who asked how to change the income amount?
Well on the Justabank your budget,if you click on your income it will let you change it!

    Bex.xx
So you don't even have to speak to someone about it?? Won't they question if I was to completely take off one income?

NR phoned me and wanted to know my reason for financial difficluties. they were also a bit awkward about me not changing my name with them.

But when i did speak to the woman she was very nice and said they'd accept it for 6 months. not sure what happens after 6 months but guess i'll find out!

    Hi guys,
Loved the conversation about the filing systems and lovely folders; what is it with us women and stationary??:D I can spend longer than is strictly necessary browsing in the stationary department of WHSmith and Waterstones looking at the lovely diaries and notebooks and folders.........*stares dreamily into the distance*.........:rotfl:

    Anyway.....
thanks for the replies about changes in expenditure Daffy and Bexxie. When will I be able to get to my DMP online - how do I get a password - will one come with my welcome pack after I have sent back my notification of debt forms?
