Fruit Cobbler Recipe
In an oven proof dish add in 1 mug of self raising flour, 1 mug of granulated sugar and 1 mug of milk. Mix it all up so it's thoroughly mixed together and then add 1 tin of value tinned fruit of your choice on top. Bake in the oven on gas mark 4 until golden. The flour mix will rise up above the fruit.
Chocolate Mousse

Strawberry mousse

B&B pudding 9my version lol)
butter bread and cut into triangles (cut off crusts or leave em on ,they go nice and crunchy yummmm)
layer in a dish, sprinkle with sugar / dried fruit (whatever you like)
beat 2 eggs in a jug then add milk up to 3/4 pint mark
pour over & leave for a while to soak in
sprinkle demerera sugar over the top
then bake in oven
i prefer to leave the dried fruit out and make a choc one ( choc spread on the bread instead of butter) or a jam / marmalade one
the fruit cobbler above is soooooooooo yummy and easy
im making a pineapple and coconut one tonight0 -
Butter the bread and cut into triangles, mix 3 eggs with about a pint of milk. In an ovenproof dish layer the bread and sultanas with a sprinkle of sugar between the layers, finishing with a layer of bread. Sprinkle sugar and cinammon on top if you like it and then carefully pour over the milk and eggs.. let it soak in for as long as you can before bakeing at 170* until its crispy on the top..... delicious... and you don't need to be too exact with the ingredients... I just bung in however much I feel like and it seems to always come out delice....#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Check the Old Style Recipe Collection.
In there under "Sweets" are recipes for microwave sponge puds and suet puds. Both highly recommended.
