    My husbands favourite dinner is "Chicken muck up" - sounds grim but we don't have any other word for it!

    Saw a nice recipe for a quick and easy pudding which I fancy trying on Gmtv this week by Angela Hartnett.

    She placed a trifle sponge in each individual sundae or trifle glass and soaked them in sherry. She then topped this with pears (I think it was pears! Please correct me if Im wrong! ???). Then she whisked some double cream with whisky in and topped each glass off with this!

    How about Greek style organic yoghurt? It is usually very mild and works well where you want the creaminess but not the fat of the full fat cream.

    Some lovely and easy recipe ideas here thank you! I too can't tolerate cream unlike rest of family who adore it! Am off to buy some organic yogurt and m/nests!
