    Morning!

Just realised have arranged for DD1 to go to dentist and the health visitor is supposed to be coming round (who I thought was coming yesterday:o) and they're both today within 15 mins of each other which isn't happening LOL! I really wanted to see the HV as well, but I didn't want to cancel the dentist as DD1 would have to wait til April/May just for a check up.

Had DD1 at home yesterday as she had a nasty cough and was very hoarse, then realised after girls had gone to bed that I didn't feel liek I'd spent much "quality" time with either of them even though I'd been with them all day. Does anyone else ever feel like that with their kids?

Will try and pop in later! xxx

I can't cope with pressure, even the pressure of having contracted days to work - if I worked Mon and Tues for example every week, just knowing that I need to feel well on those days every week would make me ill! So this way, I can just say, sorry I don't feel so good this week, I can't work, or I feel great this week, I will work every day.

This is exactly how I am. Even if it was just one day a week, just knowing I needed to be ok on that day would put enormous pressure on me.

I've had my son at home all this week off with the flu but know just what you mean I don't feel as though I've had any quality time with him. To be honest when kids are ill they seem just to be happy to be left alone in front of the TV and I'm so worried about checking his fever, when he going to throw up next etc. that I can't seem to relax enough to spend quality time with him. So to answer your question yeap I know just how you feel.

I've done a big thing for me today. I left the house for the first time since friday and went into town and did all my chores (post office, bank, library, local council office, supermarket). It may not sound like much but I'm just getting over my virus and when I've not gone out for a while my agoraphobia kicks in and I do not want to go out ever again! It should be easier next time. Just need to get used to being out and about again.
I'm really pleased I've done it, but absolutely worn out and am going to take a nap to recover! :T :T
I'm thinking of all of you today and hope things are going well

Well done Rosepink - I know exactly what you mean as I used to have agorphobia/panic attacks.

I was getting a bit housebond and snowed under with work (which you can't escape when you work from home!) so Mum and I ran away and had a lovely lunch out.

Tulip hope the toe is mending - feet up and watch tv. That's my plan for later!

yesterday about this time we were told MIL in coma, will not come out of it and has hours / days to live. This morning she is up and asking to go for a pee and wants to eat something and now being transfered to another hospital.
BIL going crazy trying to find out what the hell is going on. Funny old world.
