Loads of hugs and support vibes coming to you all who are really suffering at the moment, its really nasty when yu seem to be going 5 steps forward and 10 back and you feel lower and anything.

Me... Im doing ok had some scary moments at work where I think " I cant do this no way " and start to have panic attacks and have to calm myself down before I run out. I dont want to do that as this is something I NEED to do for me as Im going to continue beating this awful Illness.

Newbie to this forum & I don't know what to do?......

I have recently gone back to work after being signed of sick, (My usual role is admin & phone based) Since return to work I have been purely admin based due to my situation, I had my 1:1 with Mgr today & was told they want be back on phones by end of month Or I have to apply for a purely admin job & take a pay cut of approx £1800p/a.

I can't afford to take this cut & am not entitled to any benefits if I did.
I can't face going back on the phones.
I really felt I was improving til today & all day I have been in a mess & in tears since about 11am....As I'm more exprienced than the rest of the admin team & I have taken on authorisations of certain process' on a day to day process, & am training both the admin & phone teams- I asked if I could stay onn my same wages & carry on with what I have been doing sice return...... NO!
I feel this is really not fair & completely ignorning my depression.

I really don't know what to do so any advice would be great..... Thanks Guys
