• Oh Mezer, what an awful day you've had. Sounds like sleep was the best medicine for your headache. Try not to worry about what you haven't done, some days you just need to ride with how you are feeling. Easier said than done, I always end up beating myself up about what I haven't done, but there really is no point! It just makes it worse. You might not feel up to much tomorrow either after feeling so ill today, but hopefully you will be on the mend! Take care hun
I've been on the last day of my course today. I was soooo anxious today, and because yesterday was so exhausting and I got a stress headache, and then had a bad night, lots of nightmares so it was even harder to cope today. I ended up feeling really sick and couldn't eat all day which is most unlike me! The lecturer was really kind and wrapped me up in a duvet and said I could sit and observe everyone else trying out the techniques. I'm still feeling ill, am tense, headachey and worn out, but all I've got to get through is tomorrow morning and then no more work this week and away for the weekend. I'm feeling a bit tearful but I'm so relieved I got through today and yesterday. It was an ordeal but I did it. I feel a bit guilty because my home is a tip and I haven't washed up or anything, but I can't do it, so am not going to worry. I'm going to bed now.
Hope everyone is ok tonight, sweet dreams. Night night

hi Mezer, hope you feel better tomorrow. Do you have a friend or someone who could bring you some tea bags? Once you've had a cup of tea you'll feel much better!:D Try not to worry about uni for now, all that matters is getting you better.

One small thing though, I don't think you're allowed links in your signature unless they've been approved. Will try and find out more in a minute.
edit: found it in the forum rules. I would delete it before someone deletes it for you
"SIGNATURE LINKS

The only links permitted in signatures are those of the MSE team, the Forum team, Board Guides and links to charity (ie they are on the Charities Commission Register of Charities). This includes un-activated links. If in doubt, contact abuse@moneysavingexpert.com"

Take care xx
• Oh ok - there are so many rules on this website I didn't know about the signature thing, so have taken it out - trust me to get something wrong.

I don't have any friends where I am, so will just have to try and get out tomorrow.

Am feeling really rubbish right now, so am going to put laptop away, before I throw it or do something silly.

it's ok don't worry about it, it's just with all the posts getting deleted on here I didn't want you to get upset if someone deleted your signature.
Hope you're feeling better in the morning xx
