Sod all!
Shes dead!!
I am shocked that anyone thanked you for this post. You are obviously angry and hurting that you have lost your Mum. I know that feeling well but the op
was merely asking advice on what to get HER mom. Time will heal anger and grief and in the meantime there are lots of lovely caring people on here that would help and support you, but not if you make upsetting posts like this.Sealed pot challenge 5430 -
I am always stuck for parents too. Last year my parents got a hamper I made up, with cider for mum, beer for dad, bulbs to plant for spring, cheese board, jams etc.
This year they are getting nice photo album, I know mum has loads of loose photos in drawers and she wants me to help her sort through them, some of them were my grandmas, so I will give her the albums with a promise we will sort all the photos out (and maybe research family tree)
Mums birthday is december too so I am always double stuck. Last week I got her nice flowers and took her and dad out for a meal.
Thoughts and hugs to all those with absent loved ones this christmas.0 -

My parents requested the national trust membership this year which is a ovely gift- also what about heritage.
Dont know how mobile she is though, if not very what about a nice mag subscription, gift that keeps giving all year round. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I won about £80's worth of Garnier anti-wrinkle products... My mum was so over the moon with them that she said to make that her xmas pressie (otherwise I would have sold them)!
My mam gets so many little things all year round from me so we don't really go out and buy things specifically for xmas. She says she'd rather I got more for my money in the sales... and she is not just saying that to be nice, I trust that she means it as she did the same for us when we were kids0
