TBH, I dont know. We havn't 'received' the goods which we paid for have we, so....i'm thinking yes. Corrections welcome????One by one the penguins steal my sanity.0 -
Well that's another time frame come and went. I was told by the CS manager at cpw that the credit would be on my phone within 72 hrs. He was also meant to phone me by close of play today to check if the credit was received. But surprise surprise no phone call!
There must be something we can do to finally get our credit?? I've been waiting since 14/12. How many deadlines can they give? I am exhausted by the whole thing but won't give up. Will phone them again tomorrow. My previous attempts to demand a refund have not been successful. I am totally exasperated.0 -

Which email address did you use?Seth.0 -
I had a simialr problem with a £10 credit with a new phone buy a few months ago. I just asked my credit card provider for a £10 chargeback and they did it without many questions.
Unless you need/want the £10 credit on Orange I would just go for a chargeback.0 -

I don't see why not. You're getting the money back for the credit that should have been given.0
