Mine's the same. I emailed CPW and they told me there had been an error and I need to wait 7-10 days for them to credit the £10. It's been about a week so far but xmas throws everything out.0

Thanks for that, what email address did you use, or did you use their own online support?
Selecting complaints, there is not an option to select orange pay as you go?
Thanks again

Sorry just seen this. Yes I used the complaints form. Must have just used "other" then or something similar. It took a few days for them to get back to me.0

Bought this for a present - put in the orange sim on christmas day - then went through loads of stages with various codes being texted to register the account with orange. Had to get my wife to call them to get a 4 digit ref number as it was in her name only. Waded through the info on the site about which 'animal tarrif' we wanted (i thought it was easy - just pay and go !) - chose 'canary' - But no £10 credit - so had a chat with a customer service guy at carphone warehouse who was most helpful and he had to send a form off to orange to get them to credit the money onto the sim - result is that it takes 10 working days (should be done by the 13th jan) to get the credit on.
Still she put her tesco sim in and it worked - now orange have sent her another text saying 'bring your old number over and we will credit you another £10'
Ahhh i remembered why i dont like mobile phones now....:eek:0 -
As I didn't get my phone I thought I'd check my credit card and sure enough, the original £12.88 had been taken but there was no refund. I got onto Carphone Warehouse and they said there was a credit on my account. They then offered me this alternative for an extra £1.90 and confirmed it too was unlocked. I decided to give it a try. We'll see what happens0

Still no credit on my dad's phone and he can't get it to top up with his credit card either. They also said they'd add a pound for registering his details, but it's not done that! What a farce and a rubbish christmas present i've got him!
We don't have a the 4 digit security number, I have no idea how to get it and it's not on the sim card!!0 -
I have phoned Orange twice and CPW twice all at my expense. I have been promised different resolutions each time but nothing has happened re my credit. I have also emialed with no reply.0

I finally got my £10 credit today only after telling CPW I wanted a refund on my credit card as I had e mailed and phoned several times and been told all the excuses of 8 days, 48 hours etc etc. And lo and and behold it was done manualIy!
I had to go to my local CPW to collect the £10 voucher but why it could not have been sorted earlier I do not know. I know I will not be using them again!
So threaten them with asking for a refund and good luck.:T0
