Oh my goodness you guys fill pages very quickly! I lost internet for 2 days and I still havent managed to catch up!

I fell down the stairs the other night and scared the bejebus out of OH. Although now my bum, base of my spine (cocyx sp?), and hip really hurt. I know its just bruising but oweeee! OH says that it looks as if I have been based with a lead pipe across the bum, amusingly thats kind of how it feels.

Honeypop, I think you are definately right to put your foot down as you will be using the pram alot more than them and its such a personal choice. Its a lovely gesture and my inlaws bought both of my prams but left it to us to do all the research and choosing . Good luck!!

what I really want to know is how many people say they are pregnant and when he doc/mw whomever goes to confirm it, they aren't preg. sure its so rare its not worth bothering about

Sami_Bee, i've just signed up to Babycentre, thankyou! Is there any others worth signing up to?

Triggles: To be honest i can beleive she said it...it's exactly the kind of thing she would say, she's always been a moody mare ever since i've been using that surgery!

Ladybird: I was surprised the first app was so late.does this mean i'll probably have to wait longer than 12 weeks for my first scan too? I don't want to wait too long! . I'm in Windsor, Berks if that helps? is there any other baby bakers round my way?

Angela: Can i confess to having a read on the Preg thread before i got my BFP too! So i recognise quite a few names already!

SB: no baby news from you yet? Thankyou for the info, I'm getting more help here than i am from the people who are paid to help!!

Hello ladies - I'm reading lots but not posting!

I had an early scan this morning and everything is fine! I had a very small amount of brown blood on Mon/Tues and spoke to my doctor on Tuesday eve. He basically told me if could be a miscarriage and there was nothing that could be done and surely I must know of others who have been through it :eek: Not very reassuring, but at least I got a scan and saw babies heart beating. Everything is fine and baby is in the right area Baby is 7mm and I was dated at 6 weeks and 3 days, by my calculation I am 7 +1
