    Morning all :)

Just ordered the nappies from boots - thanks for the find! I've not been on for a while - sooooo much to catch up on!

Hope you are all well, I wonder how many threads there'll be by the time we have our bouncing bundles!

Must dash - got to have a bath before I do the school run/go to work. Have a lovely day!

    Morning ladies,

Not a good start to my morning, although totally my own fault. Left my keys at home so couldn't get into work as early as i normally do. Had to wonder into town, buy myself a muffin for breakfast and read the trashy tv guide for Christmas.

My hubby didn't seem as impressed as me about the nappies glitch either, but i know his thinking is we dont need them yet so why buy them. At that price, just can't miss out. Sami, dont worry about storing them, i had thought of that but then i remembered just how small the packs were (from when i bought the huggies starter pack).

SeptemberBaby and Miss _C -- sending labour vibes your way (i am SOOOOOO not jealous of you ladies)

    xx

I think we are going to see secret life of bees? though my friend is picking, we decided it has to be a girly film as the men aren't coming with us. I don't go very often, so it feels like a real treat :D

I've sort of got that -'I must do everything I won't be able to do in the near future once baby arrives' syndrome :D

Did anyone else get the "£50 off best selling pushchairs" email from Mothercare today?

They've got the Silver Cross 3D plus car seat for £385. Don't know if that's a good price for it or not! It's a "buy the two together and save £50" offer.

    Have you looked on Kiddicare.com?

    http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/categorydisplay17A_417%2B54_10751_14552_filter_set_-1_14552_10001_14552

Not sure if they have the 3D, but they have the Silvercross Linear (which is dearer than the 3D in Mothercare), including the car seat for £299.97.

Or the Freeway Classic, which is dearer again everywhere else, for the same price.

The only difference I noticed between the 3D and the Linear in Mothercare was the wheels were slightly different, and when its in pram mode, it looked slightly bigger/more comfy on the Linear.

We got the Classic from Kiddicare, and it arrived two days later and I LOVE it!!

oh, i wan to see that but as you say, it is a girlie film and there is NO way i could get hubby to go. To be honest, i dont even mind going on my own.

I hope you have a great time without the boys :D

I am going to get the linear freeway one. I originally wanted the classic, but i found it difficult to move about. The price on Kiddicare is the best I have seen (especially as you get the car seat too).

I am going to look for a stroller too which is suitable for birht to use on public transport. Has anyone got any recommendations???

Elle - that's great news! Glad you can relax a bit now. I know how it feels and from now on it just gets easier.

Ladies - we had trout last night but after we'd eaten a few mouthfuls we realised it was on the turn  I stopped eating it but do you think it could harm the baby? How much bad food do you have to eat before it has an effect?
