TiaMai - the pram can act as stand down stairs but i think its just one of those not essential but handy to have for upstairs type things, I only know for sure that silvercross and mamas & papas do stands tho :)

MFD I shall pass on the recall ;)

I've never heard of it  in the good old days they did give you an enema when you went into labour tho :p

I have to say the thought absolutely disgusts me but I'm soo fed up of it I think it would be a relief and there is somewhere nearby that does them and they were recommended to me

I have been having alot of indepth discussions about this and my OH has said that he is willing to have one too! According to my mate who has had one she felt slim and more energetic afterwards. Even if its just for the energy I want one. I am eating weatabix for brekkie, 3 clementines, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 nectarine during the day, I am drinking real orange juice, and having 2-3 veg with dinner, salad for lunch, I cant add any more fruit or veg! So am going to pester new GP for a colonic :D

I'm home! GTT was alright, normal so thats good.

Blurry vision and headache were pretty bad in the waiting room, so I asked them to take BP again. Was high again, so saw a Doctor, although his badge said 'Head of Gynecology'. He asked a lot of questions, and several times he asked if any of the women in my family had any trouble keeping pregnancies, which was a bit scary. He took some more bloods, did a urine test, prodded and poked me a bit and listened to my chest. Got to go back on Tuesday next week for another scan and to see my Consultant. He thinks I'll be given medication for the blood pressure.
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.

I like the gentle feel of a glider but haven't used one, Chris hated the rocking action on ours so we just kept it in the locked position

I know he probably didn't mean to but asking pregnant ladies if there's a family history of MC is just scarey!
Hope everything turns out ok xx

    Hi

Well i'm back from Asda, I can't say I was overly impressed! They didn't seem to have anything extra out and it all seemed pretty much the same prices as before:(
So I went upstairs to the clothes section and got some - duh, duh, duuuuh...blue clothes...well they were in the sale, how could I resist;) I also picked up things like, maternity pads and small bottles of shower gel etc..for the 'birth' bag.

OH MY GOD - has anyone tried the new habanero chilli peanuts from Asda, they are gorgeous.... I am sitting scoffing them now, I just can't put the bag down. I also bought some bizarre flavoured walkers crisps, cajun squirral, and crispy duck and hoisin! they also had onion bahji flavour, builders breakfast flavour and another one I can't remember, who on earth thought up those flavours:D

    Mel x
