does anyone else have trouble working out what tax credits etc they will be entitled to after bubs is born?

i am trying to have a play with the figures but can't work it out for the life of me.

will they take into account the fact that i have had a full time wage during this tax year (due middle march so nearly at the end of the tax year), rather than the fact that i will not be working from mid march onwards (maternity pay though), so will be nowhere near what i am usually taking home.

And I want it over and done with..

Everything is bought , though it has to be assembled!!!

But I cant take another night of this monster child inside me!!

I cant breathe on my back, I cant lie on my right hand side as it feels as if im crushing the monster, and if im on my left hand side I cant see the telly :o

I swear im gonna start doing a thousand :j :j :j to see if this baby will drop out :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

My first was a week late (induced at 41 weeks, would let me go the normal 2 weeks over due to xmas) So I dont even know if im still gonna be pregnant in another 3 weeks time!!!

If I still dont have a baby in 3 weeks then you will be reading about some pregnant lady committing murder!!

Everyone will get it.....

  • Afternoon all,

I have had heartburn all 24 weeks of this pregnancy but what a terrible heartburn weekend topped by a terrible night of heartburn. Was up at 2am and 4am with it. Plus fast heartbeats (?), plenty of kicks from the twins and a sore throat on its way (I never get ill, can sit with people who are full of cold and never catch anything and now I feel it happening to me).

Hoping I will be ok for tonight - going to the Asda baby event and don't want to miss out on anything!
Proud mother of twin boys - double the trouble and twice the pleasure! :T

Oh, thanks Sami. All you girls are so helpful!! Shame you will all be giving birth way before me - I will be scrolling back through looking for all the info on raspberry tea, perinenal massage etc etc.

And yes - it would be over 20 years old. We are in our mid 20's.

BTW - where do you get raspberry tea from? couldn't see it in ASDA - I know I don't need it til later on.

Where does the time go?
