Well as my meeting today got cancelled I'm spending the day trying to work out if our tech guys messed up again or not - looks like I'll be going in another office to get some answers for various problems - typical it happens just before the clients monthly review grrrr
Ah well - I'm £47 up last night thanks to a cashback thing on TopCashBack loop for a bingo site (helped by winning...) so NOTHING will ruin my day! NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!

And Roo settled by 12:30 last night so finally got some decent sleep! YAY!

  • Yep, this baby is definitely going to be a stubborn so-and-so, just like DH. (Of course I'm not stubborn at all, I'm lovely ;) ) Apparently my body is all ready to go, it is just waiting for the baby to say it is ready, so I will be really easy to induce if it comes to it, so that is one good thing at least - MW thinks they will just break my waters and that will do the trick.

Never mind... will get there in the end :)

Caz, at least if this one comes early they will have birthdays close enough to have joint birthday parties - that will save you a few bob :) Me and my brother used to always have joint ones when we were little, as we are only 8 days apart (and 3 years too, obviously!). Mind you we are both in the summer, so we could have a party in the garden and have 10 friends each without it being a problem ;) I vaguely remember a giant climbing frame made of ladders, work benches and bits of rope. And obstacle races involving wearing my dad's massive wellies and running down the garden - I bet all the other parents would be frowning and crying "health and safety" if we tried something like that now ;)

    morning all

Ladybird - I'm sending you labour dust. Glad to hear the MW is positive. My body's not remotely near to being ready, although the amount of kicking bump is doing, i think it might be thinking eviction time is close :D

AM - I've not had ANY Braxton Hicks at all? The MW seemed unconcerned by this and when I mentioned it to my mum she said that she never had any either.

Hubby is still ill and taken the day off work (which means he must be bad!) So I've set him up on the sofa with multi-vits, juice, paracetamol and the x-box. He seems to be happy!

We collected our glider chair last night - the people selling it were really lovely and the chair is pristine. A total bargain.

trying to find a changing bag that I like still - it's really hard. The few I actually like are soooooo expensive......
