    I feel so ill :(

Had tummy upset last night & very little sleep.

Was supposed to go back to work today after a month off (sick note) but have had to call in sick.

My bump hurts so much as well.

I have the mw today at 3 though.

    Got my bloods done yesterday.

    Hope everyone is well

    Lisa x

fritha and all other well-endowed ladies: where do you get your bras from?

Mothercare have two (I know! Two! We're spoiled aren't we!) that go up to a J cup, a maternity bra and a nursing bra! Both only in white though which is rubbish!

Bravissimo go up to a J/K cup (but they're expensive!) Ad they have one that goes to an L cup! (Which they didn't have last time I looked, shame they're out of stock!)

and Figleaves have some as well!

Beyond that I'm stuck, I'm having less fun now as my back size shrunk during pregnancy so I can actually find some which I couldn't before!

    Hope that helps :-)

Yes, I'm still here ;) - lots of Braxton Hicks again last night, they're getting quite painful now, but not really getting me anywhere, which is frustrating. I wouldn't mind being in pain if it was actually properly starting! It doesn't seem fair to have to put up with it in the meantime though ;)

Good luck to you guys with scans today. I will cross fingers for you. And feel better Mrs MH - sounds like you need to head back to bed today!

Now, I have a friend coming round for lunch, so I'd better wrestle with the hoover, and try and make it ~slightly~ less disgusting in here.

Ashtons it may be SPD. You can self refer to your local hospital physiotherapy dept. I have a maternity belt. It's lovely ;) I am avoiding crutches as I drive everywhere ( know, the enviroment, but I have to think of me atm!)

Stil feel poo. Called work as I want to go to bed. Now waiting for a call back. I just want to go to bed.

I know, I do have SPD but it's not been to bad, but this episode has really flared it up :(
I had it in my previous pregnancy aswell

    hi angela,

just let me check my ebay account to see what the name of the one i bought was ....

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/hypnobirthing-book-CD_W0QQitemZ280301962873QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Baby_BabyBooks_RL?hash=item280301962873&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

sorry not sure how to shorten the link

this is the one i bought, but i got it brand new, but this one looks a good deal.

i have been reading snipets of the book as i am not going for the 'full' hypnobirthing, just wanting to use it as a relaxation technique and to help me understand what my body is doing and for me to not to work against it (thus causing additional pain).

    HTH.
