I'm a bit down now and need cheering up :( MW been and house is all ready for birth. She's really happy and apparently I'm a picture of health - she even said to the medical student with her that she'd not seen such a healthy pg lady for ages :D BUt baby's still not dropped any so is only on the brim of my pelvis - not even a little bit engaged. She reckons that it'll be overdue :(

But I'm all ready and want to meet baby NOW (don't hit me ladybird!). I'm tired and emotional and don't wanna have a basketball stuck up my t-shirt anymore *sulks*.

On the positive side Baby measures spot on, I'm healthy and everything is ready.

I don't like all this hospital bag talk! I think I'll stick to my current plan - I'm going to give birth at home and I'm going to sleep through the whole thing and wake up with a baby.

I don't think I'm ready for this. 3 months isn't feeling like long now. Oh dear.

rmac - sorry you're down. But sounds like all is looking good so far! You never know - babies can look "not ready" and then the next day drop and off you go - it's certainly not an exact science! If you'd like, I'll start off labour vibes for you - it's not too early is it??

feelinggood - wait a minute - how come you got that option?? I didn't see that anywhere in my maternity notes or I'd have ticked that box!!

Yay - the LA fitness near us takes the Kelloggs free swim coupons (we have about 8 of them) so I can take DS swimming for freeeeeee! (under 4's swim free anyway)

Feelie - I still have 7 weeks or more to go but each morning when I get up and I feel a bit bigger than yesterday and I am starting to struggle to put my socks and shoes on I begin to think that sooner or later I am going to want my body back

Awwww - thanks. I feel silly for sulking now  I was just so positive that baby would be heading in the right direction..... It's all SIL's fault for booking her air tickets to visit us when I'm 40+5wks - that pretty much guarantees that I'll be late :D:p

As for names - Hubby and I are a bit stuck. We don't have a boys or a girls, just a selection of names that we think are alright  and plan on waiting to see what it is/looks like. I think we ar ehoping for some divine inspiration:rotfl:

I didn't have a name for 10 days - our baby may be a bit like that too :D

Has anyone found a good babyname website we can play with?
