Had a question re: breast pads, I was wondering if people who use them have a brand preference/recommendation and what they think of disposable and washable?
I haven't tried washable ones but Tommee tippee and lanisoh ones have a plastic back which is good for stopping the milk come through to clothes but they are quite thin and the plastic bit can make ur boob feel sweaty
Johnsons/tesco/asda own brand ones are thicker and more absorbent but not water proof, after the birth I ended up with TT ones stuck to bra (they have a sticky bit like on pantyliners) and asda ones as well. I had to swap the asda ones VERY often, I had no prob producing milk just getting Chris to drink it!

You are now! I completely forgot to ask who LC was earlier:rolleyes:
I was sad to see my old name go, esp as I was Sam Brown as in singer of 1 hit wonder "stop" but I love being Mrs H now (plus brown is/was the 3rd most common last name in the uk so I like being a bit less common now)

Measured my bump - it appears to be 50 inches, and sticks out well further than my enormous boobs.

How many weeks is this at feelinggood? Just tried to trawl through some back posts but lost the will!!!!!!

    25+2 :)

Midwife tomorrow so I'm sure she'll tell me if I'm too big.

His estimated weight at my 20 week scan was pretty heavy. Its been a while since I last saw anyone and I just feel like I've ballooned!

I don't think there is too much point comparing bump circumference when we all started off having different waist sizes, I suppose its best to think of the difference in circ from before, (I can't help here as I don't know what it was before hand for me)

I'm trying to remember and can't - when do we expect the first little bump to be there? I'm 9wks now - don't have it yet - but don't expect it for a bit either. Last baby for me was DS 2.5 years ago, if that's factored in. When did everyone else start a little bump? I don't mean showing to others, cuz we all know that's completely different kettle of fish!
