well, Ive not been on much lately - truth is theres always too much to catch up on!

I have my scan tomorrow - a tad late as xmas, ill be 13+6 which will be right on the edge of the time for the NT test.

I bet ive mossed out on loads of gossip! when did you ladies show? I am (was) a size 10 and since i found out i was PG I have had a pot belly from about 6 weeks! caused by increase in food intake!!! I can feel the tip of the uterus above my pubic bone (which I have from 10+3) and it is moving up but no bump as yet!!!

I feel reassured about tomorrow as the uterus has grown loads ill let you know, maybe they will see the gender NUB?!!!! maybe its too early!?

I got the - oooh your really starting to show comments from people at work today. I look like a 10 tonne heffer so theres no mistaking it. I'm starting to lose sight of my toes now!

I would like you to award me the prize for the worlds worst xmas present.....maternity waterproof sheets for the bed and car. Thanks mum. I was so embarrassed when I had to open this 'gift' in front of a room of friends and family. I'm lucky she didnt give me disposable knickers as well. She did however buy me a bathrobe and nightie in xxxxL (I was a size 12 before I was pregnant). How big does she think i'm going to get.

My buggy was delivered today. However, royal mail very kindly left it with my very very nosy neighbours. When I went round to tell them hubby would collect it later, they said - 'is this good news then? Its a funny way of telling us? ' Oops. I didnt realise we were that close and that I should have raced over to tell my 80 year old neighbours I was pregnant. You would think mothercare would have packaged it so it wasnt obvious!!! Cant wait for hubby to get back so I can play with it. I have 5 months to practice.

LP - fab news on the scan and results!

My day at work was nice - people are nice and commute was OK. But the trousers I bought just two weeks ago in a bigger size than usual are already too tight! :eek: I had to undo the button! Can;t wear them again so have no officey clothes ! :eek:

Luckily they were only a fiver from a charity shop but it's so annoying! I am expanding at an amazing rate.

I'm much fatter too (see post above) so can sympathise although mine isn;t food so much as bump.

How do you know what the uterus feels like? I keep trying to feel mine but can;t really tell what I'm looking for.

Must be the night for tossing together last minute stuff for tea - DH is in the kitchen putting pie and chips in the oven.

I feel weird in the lower abdomen when I am sitting and lean over forwards, like it's a bit more difficult to scrunch the lower abdomen. Is this good? It's been a couple years, so I don't really remember this. Still nauseated. Tried to hear the heartbeat today with the home doppler, but no luck. Had a couple flashes of possible numbers, but couldn't lock in on anything.

Ho2w far are you, i doubt you will feel it yet as it's still tucked right down, it rises aboive the pubic bone around 13+ weeks.
