As I understand, I think, any babies born now and have the dad on the birth certificate, unmarried fathers have parental responsibility. Is this right?
They must also be present at the registration. Its all babies born after 1st december 2003.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -
And a little linky for a parental responsibility agreement:

Gotta go, work in morning. New classroom to set up. I really don't want to get up at a normal hour, I'd got used to lying in until at least 9am. Just drank my flat cola to stop the nightly headaches, give it an hour and I'll be wide awake!Too many children, too little time!!!0
