As I understand, I think, any babies born now and have the dad on the birth certificate, unmarried fathers have parental responsibility. Is this right?

They must also be present at the registration. Its all babies born after 1st december 2003.

Gotta go, work in morning. New classroom to set up. I really don't want to get up at a normal hour, I'd got used to lying in until at least 9am. Just drank my flat cola to stop the nightly headaches, give it an hour and I'll be wide awake!
Too many children, too little time!!!

that is only for unmarried dads isn't it?
I mean if I go on my own to register bump I can put hubby on birth cert and he still gets PR as we're married, right?

    Night MFD xx

Opposite for me - back to being an evening only chatter monkey from tomorrow. Sooo not looking forward to being back at work. Next holiday is a week in Feb then nothing more until April (no entitlement left - where did the other four weeks go?!).
