I have read this. slumping is bad, but leaning forward, over an exercise ball or stool, is good to help them turn.

kurjam i was told all fours and a bit of extra ahem! helps in that position? not sure if its true or not???

MFD your more than welcome here we arent doing much either with Charlie being ill and not wanting to keep him up and go out if he could be cosy in bed getting well. then we can moan, complain and boss OH's about lol! drinking our non alcoholic drinks:D

NYE - if you can afford it, how about your fave restaurant? Many do normal menus at their normal prices and you can be home to see the NY in? We are doing that but add in the mother and grandma in laws and that is us for the night!

Hi all..

Jeez, these few days in the office are dragging - roll on next xmas when I'll be on mat leave and not get lumbered with this stint yet again!

I'm now swearing by my travel sickness bands for the nausea. After Sunday's dodgy day, I put the bands on when I got into bed at about midnight and didn't take them off until 9am this morning. By half ten I felt dreadful and was on the verge of going home, but put the bands back on and with twenty minutes I was cheery again I'm keeping them on for the next six weeks!

Glad all the scans have gone well today. I wish my scan pics were as clear as yours Angela. I didn't drink enough (or maybe went to the loo too much!) before mine so they're not very clear. Plus it's still a bit wee dinky!

Hi Girls
Can I join...??? Had BFP on Saturday and am due approx 16th August and will be a first time mum! Looking for some advice..... have been suffering from Morning (well all day) sickness for the last few days and am struggling to drink much the idea of it in my stomach makes me feel more ill, and all i seem to be able to drink is apple lucozade and grape juice but even then makes me feel sick, any suggestions on what to try as feel a bit dehydrated!!

looking forwad to making some new friends over the next few months

I was really surprised too. I cant even remember it being so clear on the 20 week scan for my others.

It was waving and you could clearly see the fingers and toes and there was such a dfinate outline of the nose and mouth.

It is sooo cute. Shed a tear or two I have to say x
