I think elle's mum is ill and My daddy is ill :(
Went to see him earlier he looks so frail n old (he's only 52) he's on oxygen and a drip stuck on a ward with loads of proper old men and my mum forgot his readers so he has a mag that he can't read coz can't see it! LOL

Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
  • Hi!

It was my sister that was ill she has been kept in hospital although they have allowed her out this evening. Not a restful place as she was kept on the delivery ward on the foetal monitor for 2 days and she says her husbands face after hearing the screams was ashen!! She has severe dehydration and has been given lots and lots of fluids and has been put on bedrest. She has to have tests on tuesday for gestationsla diabetes and they are also repeating some blood tests in a few days but she didn't ask what they were for and we can't decipher her notes - looks like its P something goodness knows what the midife wrote.

She is on bed rest now so hopefully she will start to feel better soon.

As for me I took my pee sample in to the docs on tuesday as I with my DS i was carrying twins and i lost one so they want to do a 7 week scan. My doc says she can't book one until they have seen a postive test. SOOO i rang for my results on thursday and they said i have to repeat it as it was only a faint positive!! Those hospital tests are poo as I have done a test every day since last Thursday 11th (at 10dpo) and they are all positive and are getting progressivly darker!

Anyway this means I have had to take ANOTHER sample in I dropped it off on friday. Even took the friday morning test to show them but it has to come from the hospital its their protocol. So now its going to be mon or tue before i get any results and i will be 7 weeks on the 5th Jan so its cutting it fine to book me one as they will be closed over xmas. EEK. Wish I could stop worrying and I don't appear to be getting any rest because there is so much to do here. Have feet up now with laptop though although its the first sit down since 7:30am this morning.

if it says out of stock just try to add to basket still it seems to be a prob with the site that it sometimes doesn't update the first page but does let you put in basket.
If there really isn't any stock it won't go in the basket.

The reason its not in here is coz its a code and we're not allowed to post codes anywhere but within the code board :)

  • Shelvis - take care of yourself, sounds like you could do with a bit ot R&R & TLC. Keep us informed won't you?

Well my little boy has been making the most of his newfound relaxed mummy. The only thing I have done today is change our bed - normally I am a whirling dervish on a saturday cleaning and tidying. Although I did a bit last night before SIL came to visit.

Bubba finally decided to perform for his brother tonight. DSS had his head on me when we all cuddled up before he went to bed and Bubba promptly kicked DSS in the head twice!! We had spent all day playing cat and mouse as DSS tried to feel bubba kick only to be attacked when he least expected it.

    Hope everyone is well :D

    Aww MFD thats really sweet!
Chris likes to kiss the baby and poke it (via my belly button _pale_)
We've all had to hide our copies of the scan pic as he goes mental over it, tries to hug n kiss it which is very sweet but as I'm sure you know they get marked really easily and he was so possessive of it he'd have a massive tantrum if you tried to take it away from him or put it in view but out of reach
