Yes I got a pair of skinny trousers and the 14L ones fitted me exactly -- saw the 12L pair in the shop and could see I wasn't going to get them on!!!

Thanks for that, strawberry-shortcake. They checked and all my parcels have been despatched and should have been delivered, so they rang my courier who said they will be delivered today at some point, couldn't say when! at least I know they're on the way now - cheers.

Keep checking first thing in the morning everyday. They'll already be getting returns going back on. I sent back 5 pairs of size 12 jeans on Christmas eve from the VIP sale so there must be others that returned stuff. Not sure what the turnaround time is on returns but I bet they don't take long.

Got my first parcel yesterday along with the new directory, but there were only two items in it. Hopefully should receive some more today or later this week. Don't know what is going on with the Next's sizing lately. Normally I buy the petite trouser range as I always find the regular length trousers too long. They are supposed to be 29 inch but I find they are more like 31! Anyway, I know I have probably put on a couple of pounds over christmas, but imagine the shock when I couldn't even get them over my thighs!! :eek: Lol! I think they stick whatever sixe label they want on their clothes! That's one item which will definitely go back!!!

has anyone noticed that Next things are made in 2 different countries? think its something like China and Portugal from memory, and that depending on where the label says they're made then there's a HUGE difference in size even if both are say a size 10 on the label. Ive noticed it a lot with my sons clothing too.
