Ok so I want to package my return items separately. How do I do this if my returns slip has 8 items on it?

Returned some items instore today - atm they're NOT going back to the directory but added to store stock! So worth cehcking your local store if you're desp for something.

One of the parcel I have recieved contained a slip saying an item had been delayed. I think the item was a pair of jeans as they are on the delivery slip but were not in the parcel, however it doesn't say delayed next to them on the delivery slip:huh: Should i phone them up or wait and see if the jeans arrive?

i had this with loads of items going to wait to see what it says on my statment as they didnt have a clue when i rang them!

still waiting on a third of my items and its all the best stuff too

personally i dont think next should list things on there sale if they dont have "physical stock", as it is very easy to forget what items ordered especially if i have a very large sale order, i am waiting for a few bits but most of it has already arrived, ordered a police watch for dh from summer sale for christmas, it did say 4-5 weeks for delivery i completely forgot about it and 2 months later rang them and they said that they were getting no more so had to source another watch, luckily amazon had a sale so got him a dkny watch for the same price, bit of a shame as i preffered the police one.

im waiting for the ladies diesel watch, when i ordered it it stated it was in stock, as a previous post i dont think items should be listed if they are not there, on my email i had a third of my order in stock, but recieved only a few in stock items, and some that were on a delay, ive had my courier telling me that i should have had a parcel yesturday and it wasnt there, then next cs told me that 9 parcels have left the warehouse to be delivered, nothing has arrived, wondering where my lost parcel is? its very confusing..

I had a phone call to say that some of my items would be delayed by 4-5 days as they have been sent to the wrong depot!

the items l needed the most/wanted are all on delay... to be honest got this horrible feeling they wont be showing up.... just gonna have to wait till next week. dont understand why next do this type of thing, its either in stock or not!!! whats delayed???????
