I get everything delivered to store for free, and pick up at my convenience.

i ordered that chocolate leather tote bag reduced from 70 to 20, and personally think it is horrible, i returned it straight away. It looks really cheap which i was disappointed about. I did order the chocolate leather satchel bag reduced from 45 to 20 and thats gorgeous so kept it.

well l have just had to call them about an item but they are gonna charge delivery. its on a delay aswell!!!

Worst item in the sale award goes to the CAT toggle boots!! I ordered in black and brown thinking I'd have a hard time choosing which ones to keep...not so...they are like wellies!! and no fur inside!! Going straight back! Rest of my sale order is great though...

well i think its now the third post on here about not liking the CAT toggle boots, well im awaiting mine and it sounds like mine will also be heading straight back, the pic looks so lovely though??? :rotfl:

I have no idea what the agreement with the courier is, but i ASSUME (and yes, i know i shouldn't) that the courier gets paid per parcel, not on size. So i'm 'assuming' that the courier is being 'taken advantage of'. I will stand to be corrected of course.

correct me if i am wrong but hasnt next delivery charges gone up from £3.75 - £3.95? really annoying if something pops back up in the sale, unless you get it delivered to store, although the store just down the road from my husbands work does not show up - riverside northampton?

I got a message saying that it should be despatched within 2-4 weeks. I was wondering whether it would actually arrive or not. Hopefully somebody will be along soon who can help.

I've found with stuff that says 2-4 week wait in the sale that they generally don't turn up becasue they don't have the stock.....but that could just be my experience.

I'd like to know that as well. I hope they would turn up. I ordered another coat for my little boy in a different size. It had been sold out but came back online again, that says 2-4 weeks. If there was no chance of me getting it, why would they put it back in the sale? Oh, and it was still in the sale after I bought the new one.
