If you type the number into the quickshop option, it should show the sale price of the item even if out of stock. HTH

Has anyone noticed the amount of leather next bags (the ones reduced from £70 to £20) are on ebay as unwanted xmas gifts with lost receipts!!!!!:rolleyes:

I noticed that there was a lot of in the night garden kids stuff, pj's and slippers etc. Its annoying as when i had my slot it was almost all sold out.

so wonder if it was never available in the widescreen version at all?... very strange!

Just received some wine glasses I ordered and they are smashed to bits :eek:

I refused to take them as you could hear they were broken without even opening the box.:rolleyes:

The same happened to me with some mugs. However, only one was broken & I really wanted to keep the rest so phoned next for a discount;)

I bet they took less time packing up breakables as it's for sale items, shame though!!

I am still waiting patiently for my mates order to arrive as it has my new bedding & socks

I ordered several items, most of which have arrived, but I was concerned about a chandelier that hadn't arrived (but had been shown as in stock) and also a cushion that was missing from a delivery although it was on the delivery note.

I spoke to Next Customer Services last night using an 0800 number rather than the 0845 number) and they promised to investigate. They said I should have had the chandelier as it had been sent out on Xmas Eve!

DH and I went out this morning. When we got back there was a note to say a delivery had been left with our neighbour. The chandelier and the cushion!

I am most impressed - and happy! :j

I have no idea what has happened to my orders....I had a bookcase delivered on Tuesday (had said a 3 week delay when I ordered it!) and today a rug which is going back as it is too small. Have no idea when the rest is coming! Trying not to get fed up...:rolleyes:
